Construction of the social center "Breda & Weinstein" has begun in the historical center of Opava. New commercial and social center, which is going to be build in the area of the former brewery Zlatovar, has been designed by Šafer Hájek architects and AED project.
New project "Karlin Hall" designed by Ricardo Boffil and AED project has begun in Prague - Karlin. After the reconstruction and completion of old industrial buildings in Pernerova street here arises headquarters of Economia publishing house and multi-cultural hall for 2000 spectators.
