International award for Chomutov arena

Chomutov Arena, designed by AED project office, has been awarded in international Structural Steel Design Awards 2011.

Project has been awarded in competition announced by Euroepan Association of Steel Constructions. Chomutov Arena is the project invested by City of Chomutov and designed by architects Jindrich Smetana and Jan Burgemeister, AED project and Excon. Ice arena in Chomutov has been awarded together with other great steel constructions worldwide as Aviva Stadion in Dublin, The Crystal building in Copenhagen etc.
