Chronology

2003

The housing complex built on the edge between two environments is very much different both morphologically and socially. Deep introvert loggias form downright voyeuristic bay windows by their robustness manipulating the whole scale of houses. Thanks to the layout free from structural elements and thanks to the strategy of locating the installation cores, the layouts may be varied individually. Three separate villas closing the complex on the east tip of the land characterise use of different materials determining the room’s function. Three detached buildings changed into aggressive wood tubes levitating above the huge one-storey plinth.
