Vila ÉPOQUE

Five original, generous apartments on five floors, that's Villa ÉPOQUE.

The architectural studio under-construction architects s.r.o. of Mr. and Mrs. Vasuta designed a house with five apartments on five spatially offset floors. Using the potential of the sloping terrain, the project provides unique privacy. Emphasis was placed on individual layout and user comfort. The interior layout of the apartments was designed by designers and residential architects in collaboration with the Italian company Poliform. Heating is provided by heat pumps, and the comfort of living is complemented by cooled ceilings, which are significantly more environmentally friendly than conventional air conditioning and provide a healthier living environment.

A great advantage of the villa is the basement garage space. Each apartment comes with a private garage for three cars equipped with home charging stations with intelligent electricity control and a hobby room that can be used, for example, as a back room for storing sports equipment or a wine cellar.

The apartment on the fifth floor hides a unique benefit in the form of a green roof terrace, which, in addition to views of Prague, also offers relaxation by the pool with a glass bottom allowing a view into the apartment.
