Project Engineer-in-Charge
What will be your task?
- Managing and coordinating construction projects (office buildings, houses, industrial complexes, hotel complexes, cultural and sports facilities, hospitals, and others)
- Active management of teams of designers, engineers, and consultants
- Cooperating with architects, developers, investors, and subcontractors
- Presenting the project to CEOs and the client
- Full responsibility for the technical design of projects
- Cooperating on job preparation (technical solutions, time plan, subcontractors)
- Ensuring that the agreed deadlines are met
- Cooperating with engineering and authorities

- Required:
- Secondary school or university degree – construction engineering or architecture
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a construction engineer in the relevant field of specialization
- Ability to lead a team of at least 4 persons
- CAD software skills ( AutoCAD, Revit)
- Experience with processing and coordination of project documents in all phases
- PC (MS Office) computer skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction standards and technical documents
- In-depth proficiency in legislation and regulations (Building Code, Prague Building Regulations, etc.)
- Responsibility and pro-activity in project designing
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Assertive conduct
- Logical thinking, precision, and orientation towards details
- Presentation and argumentation skills
- Knowledge of English or German is an asset
