Independent Construction Engineer

What will be your task?

Developing sections of project documents of buildings (office buildings, houses, industrial complexes, hotel complexes, cultural and sports facilities, and others)
Procuring and preparing documents for other disciplines
Coordinating architectural and engineers sections of projects
Completing construction sections of projects

Our idea about you and your knowledge a skills

Secondary modern school or university degree – construction engineering or architecture
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a construction engineer in the relevant field of specialization
CAD software skills ( AutoCAD, Revit)
Proficiency in processing and coordination of project documents in all phases
PC (MS Office) computer skills
Knowledge of the construction industry
Knowledge of construction industry standards and technical regulations
Proficiency in legislation and regulations (Building Code, Prague Building Regulations, etc.)
Responsibility and pro-activity in project designing
Teamworking skills
Logical thinking, precision, and orientation towards details
Knowledge of English or German is an asset
