The new premises of Telefónica O2 are part of the new Prague office neighbourhood called BB Centrum. Gamma is the biggest of the existing buildings in the whole complex. The building is located at the complex’s south corner very close to the highway. Its size corresponds with certain complexity of the shape and spaces designed to provide a scale pleasing to its users. Gamma consistently deals with the possible effects of noise reflected from the facades towards the opposite panel houses. The result is a sound-absorbing façade, curved in its plan and articulated in individual scales. The building is designed similar to the other office buildings of the opposite BB Centre providing standard qualities required for modern office buildings and namely lighting, forced ventilation and cooling of the interior environment. Gamma’s positioning right at 5.května street influenced also its basic layout concept resulting in systems of variously protected exterior and interior rooms. So, except for the large internal courtyard with artificially ventilated interior environment, the building offers also a park in the atrium with a pool, absolutely screened off the noise from the street. The centre of the building is a glazed atrium with a batch of panoramic lifts. Here, except for the lobby, there are also relaxation areas with trees designed here, the entrance to the restaurant, and a café. Part of the building is also parking areas on the north forefront including a pedestrian zone connecting the building to Vyskočilova street. The system of green areas includes also the green roofs on the lower part of the building.

Gamma provides 30,000 m2 on ten storeys above the ground and in three basements and over 500 parking places.
