"Medal Harvest" at Best Of Realty
Four awards have been awarded to the AED project at the Best of Realty competition 2017.
The results of the competition of the best projects of the Czech real estate market for the past year were announced in Prague on 7 November 2017 . The winners of the 19th Best of Realty competition, which is considered the most prestigious in the Czech Republic, have been selected by an eight-member expert jury headed by Ing. Pavel Kühn (Česká spořitelna - Corporate Banking). Jury members were representatives of the Association for the Development of Real Estate Market (ARTN) and other professional associations, market research agencies, bankers, end-users of real estate, real estate brokers and consulting companies.
AED succeeded in these categories:
Category Small-scale residential projects:
2nd place - top'rezidence Šárecké údolí - 1st stage, Prague 6; KKCG Real Estate; ŠAFER HÁJEK ARCHITEKTI
Category Large-scale residential projects:
3rd place - Residence Waltrovka - 1st stage, Prague 5; Penta Investments; Association of ADR, CHYBIK + KRISTOF ARCHITECTS & URBAN DESIGNERS and Rudiš-Rudiš. The project also won the Media Partner Readers Prize
Category Shopping Centers:
3rd place - Central Jablonec, Jablonec nad Nisou; Crestyl real estate; Chapman Taylor
