LEED Platinum for Main Point
The building designed by the AED project has got certificate LEED Platinum. Platinum Rating for Main Point Karlin was granted for achieving exceptional results especially in the areas of energy use, indoor environmental quality and innovation.
The entire project has been customized by investor (PSJ Invest) for the objective of implementation of sustainable building. From the selection of architectural design and site selection, (Main Point Karlin revitalizes old brownfield), through sophisticated technical measures in the building. The result is a building efforts, which represents the highest technological level and currently has a number of original innovation, enabling them to successfullyovercome the limit of 80 points required for Platinum by as much as 7 points. Main Point Karlin is the first building in Central and Eastern Europe which can be attributed to such a high rating.
